6. Thieves
Teaser: In which the Waitress demands that the thieves be brought to justice, or whatever semblance of justice a monarchy allows.
TAVERN INTERIOR Ranger, Cheryl, Captain
[FRAME 1]
Cheryl: Captain, you have to do something! He stole the Ranger's armour!
Captain: What, like arrest him?
[FRAME 2]
Cheryl: Yes! He's a thief! And so is the Thief! Two thieves!
Captain: And then what? Bring him before the King, who thinks he's the saviour of the kingdom?
[FRAME 3]
Cheryl: You could find evidence, show the King that he's not some virtuous hero.
Captain: I guess I could ask around.
[FRAME 4]
Ranger: Maybe we could just get my armour back, and then I could go home. It's a long road and full of slimes.
Captain: Yes, I'll investigate! It feels good to have a case again.
