Teaser: In which the Ranger trades in his bow, after an unsuccessful attempt at haggling.
MARKET INTERIOR Terry, Ranger, Weapons Merchant
[FRAME 1]
Weapons Merchant: Ah, hello my friend! Have you come to buy your armour?
Ranger: No. Well, yes, hopefully. I'd like to make a trade.
[FRAME 2]
RANGER HOLDING BOW BACKWARD
Ranger: How much will you give me for this?
Weapons Merchant: Oh yes sir, I will give you a very good price. Fifty GP.
Terry: Fifty!
[FRAME 3]
Ranger: Can you go any higher?
Terry: Are you crazy?!
Weapons Merchant: No sir, the price is the price. Every shop in the world is the same price for the same item.
[FRAME 4]
Ranger: But you said you'd sell me my armour for the price you paid.
Weapons Merchant: I did say that, yes sir. An old merchant trick, putting "sale" above the regular price. But the price is the price, it cannot be changed.
