Ranger: The house isn't going to lose its value, you can sell it whenever you want. But the opportunity to acquire the house is quickly running out... all over your floor.
Priest: Alright, I'll take the house as collateral. He can buy it back if he has four GP, or I'll find another way to recoup the cost.

Priest: But how can I be sure he'll honour the deal after he's healed? He can't exactly swear an oath while he's unconscious.
Ranger: Couldn't you heal him a little, as a show of faith? Just enough so he can answer for himself.

Priest: Faith has no place in a church! I need an iron-clad guarantee before I invoke the gods.
Ranger: Well, could you ask the gods to communicate with Don's spirit, ask him directly?

Priest: I could, but that would cost another six GP.
